Plumber marketing in Portland, OR
We build your SEO and AI visibility so customers in Portland find you first — and you pay nothing until the jobs are confirmed.
It isn't your work. The way people find a plumber changed, and it changed fast. That's fixable.
Shared leads go to several plumbers at once, so you're racing to call back first. And Facebook shows your posts to fewer people every year unless you pay.
The day the budget stops, the calls stop. Clicks keep getting more expensive, and when you stop paying you have nothing left to show for it.
Customers now ask ChatGPT or read Google's AI Overview, then call whoever gets named. If AI doesn't know your business, you're invisible to that customer.
45%
of consumers now use ChatGPT or other AI tools for local business recommendations, up from 6% a year earlier.
58%
lower click-through rate for the top-ranking page when a Google AI Overview appears.
8%
of Google search visits that showed an AI summary led to a click on a regular result, versus 15% without one.
The fix isn't spending more on ads. It's becoming the plumber Google and AI recommend in Portland.
When a Portland homeowner needs a plumber, they look in four places. Each one decides who to show using signals you can build.
The three businesses shown with the map. Google picks them on relevance, distance and prominence, so a complete, active Google Business Profile, real reviews and the same name, address and phone everywhere online matter most.
The AI summary at the top of the results. It draws on pages that answer the searcher's question clearly, so plain service pages and answers to real customer questions give it something to quote.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot. People ask things like “Who's a good emergency plumber in Portland?” These tools name businesses they find consistent, trustworthy information about: reviews, listings and clear facts about what you do and where.
Websites and service pages. A fast mobile site with its own page for each job you want more of, and each area you serve, gives Google a reason to rank you for those searches.
Example
Customer asks an AI assistant:
“Who's a good emergency plumber in Portland?”
The kind of answer you want:
“A well-reviewed option is Your Business Name. Customers mention emergency leak repair and water heater replacement, and they serve Milwaukie, Vancouver, WA, Lake Oswego.”
97%
of consumers read reviews for local businesses.

Illustration only. Rankings depend on your market; we never promise a position.
Two things do the heavy lifting: showing up on Google, and being the name AI recommends.
Your Google Business Profile, a service page for every job you want more of (emergency leak repair, water heater replacement, drain cleaning & hydro-jetting, sewer line repair and more), local area pages, and steady review growth.
That includes a page for each area you cover — Milwaukie, Vancouver, WA, Lake Oswego, Beaverton, Happy Valley, Tigard, Fairview, Gresham — so you show up for searches that name a neighborhood instead of the whole city.
We structure your business information so AI tools understand, trust and recommend you: clear business facts, FAQ content, consistent citations, reviews and schema markup.
Fast, modern pages built to turn visitors into calls.
Regular posts that keep your profiles active and your name in front of locals.
Your own app, with a chat assistant trained on your business information.
Want to run ads too? We manage them — the ad spend is yours.
$0 upfront. No retainer. You pay only after the customer pays.
We only get paid after the customer pays for a job we brought in. So we have no reason to sell you extras, and every reason to bring you more work.
How it works
For standard local-service work, 10% of the full customer invoice after it is paid. Cancelled or refunded work earns no fee.
On a $1,000 job, you keep $900.
Or a flat rate
A flat per-job rate is also available. We set it by service type using job value and margin, search difficulty, lead quality, seasonality, local competition and delivery effort. Rates vary by industry because competition varies. Local trades like plumbing cost far less to rank than, say, law firms.
Your final rate is confirmed in your free audit.
A job for a customer who came through Jadeed, completed and paid for. Calls, leads, clicks and quotes cost you nothing.
A shared record of each customer — lead, contacted, booked, completed, paid — is the normal reference, so both sides see the same jobs. You mark what happened; your confirmation is the report. If your operation needs another method, we agree it in writing before launch.

Clear steps, honest timing. We build fast; Google and AI take a little longer to catch up.
Within 24h of your request
We check how you show up on Google and AI in Portland today, and whether your territory is available.
Within 15 days
Website or landing pages, Google Business Profile, service pages, AI-visibility setup and tracking.
Typically 2–3 months
We target easier, specific searches first, like “water heater replacement in Portland”, then move up to competitive ones.
Month 3 onward
More searches and AI answers where you show up, more calls, more completed, paid jobs.
A note on apps: Mobile apps with an AI assistant take longer, up to about 3 months including app-store publishing, because we train the assistant on your business information.
During an active exclusive partnership, we generally don't work with another plumber in the same agreed territory. Your territory can be a service radius around Portland, a cluster of ZIP codes or, where it fits, the city itself — agreed in writing when we sign. If another plumber covers different ZIP codes, there's no conflict.
One plumber per agreed territory. If your area is taken, we'll tell you straight away.
Portland has about 635,109 residents, making it Oregon's largest city, in Multnomah County. Another 22 incorporated communities of 10,000+ people sit within 20 miles, so a single plumber can only realistically own part of this market — which is why we pick one partner per territory rather than one per city. (US Census Bureau population estimate, 2025.)
You work with a small team you can name: Sameer Ahmed leads the strategy and build, Asad Waqas develops the websites and applications, and Aqeel Ahmad handles off-page SEO and creative work. No account managers, no handoffs.
We work remotely from Pakistan for US businesses. Lean overhead and modern, low-cost infrastructure are what let us build your system first and earn only when you get paid. Your domain, website and accounts stay in your name.
We'd rather tell you now than waste your time.

We make your business easy for Google and AI tools to understand and trust. That means a complete Google Business Profile, a clear page for every job you do, the same business details everywhere online, steady reviews, and schema markup. Google's Map Pack, AI Overviews and assistants like ChatGPT lean on those same signals when they recommend a plumber in Portland.
Yes. There's no setup fee, no monthly retainer and no minimum monthly payment. We build your system first and only earn on completed, paid jobs from customers we brought in. The direct costs you may carry are your domain, optional ad spend and any usage charged to accounts held in your own name.
A confirmed job is a job for a customer who came through Jadeed, completed and paid for. Calls, leads, clicks and quotes cost you nothing. If someone calls and never books, you owe nothing.
For standard local-service work, the starting model is 10% of the full customer invoice once it is paid. High-value or cost-heavy work can use a lower custom percentage, a profit-based fee with a written definition, or a flat rate by service type. We agree the exact rule before launch.
Each customer from Jadeed is tracked through the same five stages — lead, contacted, booked, completed, paid — in a shared record both sides can see. Your confirmation that a job was paid is the report; nothing more is needed day to day.
Your system goes live within 15 days, and first organic results typically show up in 2–3 months. We start with easier, specific searches like “water heater replacement in Portland” and work up to the competitive ones. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings or call numbers, but SEO builds on itself, so results usually keep growing.
During an active exclusive partnership, we generally don't work with another plumber in the same agreed territory. The territory — a service radius, a cluster of ZIP codes or, where it fits, a city boundary — is agreed in writing when we sign. If your area is taken, we'll tell you straight away.
Yes, a short one: a 6-month initial term, then month to month. Either side can end with 30 days' written notice after the initial term; the signed agreement covers early termination for breach.
You do. Your domain, website and accounts stay yours. We can manage everything for you, or you can hold the domain and accounts in your own name — whichever you prefer.
Yes, if you want to. We manage the ads and the ad spend is yours, paid directly by you. Ads are optional; the core of what we do is organic visibility that you keep.
