Help me choose

Two ways to pay. Both start at $0.

Choose the model that fits your invoices, margins and service mix. We confirm the exact rate, attribution rule and invoice threshold in writing before launch.

My services have clear invoice values

Start with a revenue share

For standard local-service work, the starting point is 10% of the full customer invoice after it is paid. Cancelled or refunded work earns no fee.

$200 paid invoice → $20 fee

For high-value or cost-heavy work, we agree a lower percentage, a service-specific flat rate or—where the records support it—a clearly defined profit-based fee.

I prefer simple bookkeeping

Choose rates by service type

Diagnostics, standard repairs and large projects can carry different flat fees. We use your economics and the search market—not one generic industry average.

Rates are reviewed at most once every 12 months

How a flat rate is set

Flat rates differ by service type. We weigh average job value and margin, keyword difficulty, expected customer benefit, lead quality, close rate, seasonality, service-area competition, fulfilment capacity and the effort required to win the work. An agreed rate is reviewed at most once a year.

Plain-language terms

The fine print is open.

No hidden setup fee, rented website or surprise charge buried below the button.

  • A result counts only when the customer came through Jadeed, the job was completed, and you were paid. Calls, leads, clicks and bookings cost nothing.
  • A customer is attributable when their first contact comes through a Jadeed-controlled channel and the job is completed and paid within 90 days — a working default the agreement can adjust for longer sales cycles.
  • Customers you already had are not charged, unless a genuinely inactive customer (no paid job in about 12 months) returns through a Jadeed-run reactivation campaign.
  • Repeat work from a customer Jadeed introduced can count for 12 months from their first paid job while the partnership is active — never indefinitely — unless the written agreement says otherwise.
  • If a customer's payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, no fee is due on it; a fee already paid is credited against the next settlement.
  • Earned fees are batched after the customer pays. A common invoice point is $250, but the threshold and schedule are agreed for each business.
  • A shared record of each customer — lead, contacted, booked, completed, paid — is the normal reference, so both sides see the same jobs. You mark what happened; your confirmation is the report. If your operation needs another method, we agree it in writing before launch.
  • 6-month initial term, then month to month. Either side can end the partnership with 30 days' written notice after the initial term; the signed agreement covers early termination for breach.
  • You pay your domain (about 12 a year), optional ad spend and any cloud usage directly through accounts in your own name.
  • Your domain, website, Google Business Profile and accounts stay in your name.
  • During an active exclusive partnership, we generally don't work with a competing business in the same agreed territory. The territory is defined in writing when we sign — not every city is automatically exclusive.
  • Regulated professions use a jurisdiction-specific arrangement only after qualified legal review; we do not publish a percentage-of-fees or per-client offer for them.

Accounts you control

Direct costs stay in your name.

The few direct costs that exist are paid by you, to the provider, in accounts you own. Nothing is billed through us or marked up.

Your domain

About 12 a year, registered in your name and paid directly to the registrar.

Optional ad spend

Only if you choose to run ads. You pay Google or Meta directly; we never mark it up.

Cloud usage, if a custom app needs it

Billed to an account you create with your own card, so ownership and billing stay visible to you.

Regulated professions

We do not assume one US rule fits every profession or state. Lawyers, healthcare providers, mortgage and settlement-service businesses receive a custom proposal only after qualified counsel checks the fee structure for the profession and jurisdiction.
